Party Rules
Please DO NOT park on the street. Use the RV Gate on the RIGHT side of the house, park as close to the fence as possible, and as close to the car next to you. Walk around to the front door to enter the party.
Arrive and leave quietly…we DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER THE NEIGHBORS OR RUFFLE ANYONE’S FEATHERS!!!
BYOB (due to liability it is NOT an open bar). Although most mixers are provided...let us know if you need anything!
No glass at the party, please pour your drinks into a plastic cup.
Drink responsibly & ALWAYS have a Designated Drive!
You may see nudity or various sexual activities at our parties. You may or may not be involved in those activities and they are strictly voluntary. There is no guarantee that you will be a part of any activities by attending our parties.
Men, please wear a towel or undergarment at all times, do not walk around nude in the main areas of the house.
We do NOT allow drugs or any illegal activities at our parties!
Please do not take any pictures without getting permission from the hosts! All activities at our parties are confidiential and will be kept comfidential...what you see here, stays here!
BYO condoms, towels, party favors, etc.
If you get wet during play, please be courteous and use a towel.
Respect closed doors, do not open them! Knock and get permission first.
Keep the noise level down outside, as not to disturb our neighbors.
Don’t “join in” or touch without permission. You could get removed from the party!

We do ask for a donation for our parties. Your donations help us with the decorations and prep-work, party favors, mixers, ice, food, wood, cleanup, etc. We work very hard and put in many hours of time to make sure we have everything needed for the best possible atmosphere during our parties and we do appreciate your donation to keep these parties going!
We also want to make sure that our parties are a very comfortable atmosphere for both the “seasoned” and “new to the lifestyle” swinger. We feel this requires us to limit the single men to only a few specific “gentlemen”, please understand. Once we have reached our limit in order to keep a good balance on the activities, we will not allow any additional single men. RSVP early!
The address will be sent out as we get closer to the dates of the parties. Please RSVP on SLS or send your RSVP via e-mail, phone call or text to get the party info! You are also welcome to bring other guests with you, just let us know. Remember these are private parties and you must RSVP or contact us in some form in order to attend.
When attending our parties, we do ask everyone to sign a document acknowledging that you are not acting in any professional manner, either legal or media related and that you will abide by all these rules when in attendance. In order to continue having these parties we must protect ourselves and our home, thanks for understanding.
